I had my computer crashed where the software Folder Latch was also uninstalled. Now I have installed it again, but how do I unlock the folder that is on my external Hard Disk? It's not even showing that.

The application allows you to unlock the files and disks. Open the software then use the search function. Select the drives you know they're locked and begin the search. Once the application finds the file, you should be given the possibility to unlock them. For more information access the Support page provided by the developer. Scroll down to the unlock procedure where it's explained in detail.
I am useing Same software, nd with this i Locked my PERSONAL dat of some pictures, nd now after 5Months, I am trying to open it with the Same password. But now after punching the Password when i click UNLOCK, there a message blinks, " The Password Is Not Valid!.." Please give me some sujjession to RETRIVE my data.. I'll waite 4your kind reply.. If you have forgotten the Password, you cannot retrieve your data... The company has made the Software in such a way that the only Key to your Data is the Password which you have lost... There is a caution on the website that They are not responsible if you lose your Passwords and thus the important data.
After locking my documents they are safe from others, but Folder Latch is not a delete proof. There is a chance to delete my documents by others. Is there any way to make my folders a delete proof?

You can use the administrator account to change the security settings for the user who created the folder. Log in with the Administrator then right click on the folder and go to Security. From that window you can customize the users and rights. Simply remove the write handle from permissions and they won't be able to delete it.
